How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time:
- Log in to your Dashboard
- Go to Billing
- Click Manage Subscription
- Select Cancel Subscription
Your cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have full access to all features until then.
What Happens After Cancellation
- Access continues until the end of your paid period (monthly or 6-month).
- Your AI agent stops responding to new messages after the period ends.
- Your training data is preserved for 30 days in case you resubscribe.
- After 30 days, all training data, business configurations, and conversation history are permanently deleted.
- Your account remains active on the Free plan with 100 messages/month.
Refund Policy
Monthly Plans
Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. When you cancel, you keep access for the remainder of your billing month. No partial refunds are issued for unused days.
6-Month Plans
If you cancel a 6-month plan within the first 14 days, you are eligible for a prorated refund minus the monthly rate for days used. After 14 days, the remaining period is non-refundable but you retain full access until the period ends.
Top-Up Add-Ons
Top-up purchases (extra messages, voice minutes, branding removal, etc.) are non-refundable once purchased. Unused top-up credits expire at the end of the month they were purchased.
Downgrade Instead of Cancel
Not ready to leave? You can downgrade to the Free plan instead of cancelling completely. The Free plan includes:
- 100 messages per month
- 1 business
- Website widget
- Basic AI chat support
To downgrade, go to Billing → Change Plan → Select Free.
Data Export
Before cancelling, you can export your data:
- Conversation history — available via the Conversations page in your Dashboard
- Training data — your uploaded PDFs and text content can be re-downloaded
- CRM data — already synced to your HubSpot/Salesforce/Zoho if CRM integration was active
Reactivation
Changed your mind? You can resubscribe at any time from your Dashboard → Billing. If within the 30-day grace period, your training data and configurations will be restored automatically.
