4. Intellectual Property
The Ruma AI platform, including its software, design, branding, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Ruma AI and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
You retain ownership of all data and content you upload to the platform. By uploading training data, you grant Ruma AI a limited license to use that data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the AI agent services for your account.
5. Service & Limitations
Ruma AI is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for high availability and accuracy, we do not guarantee that:
- The service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
- AI-generated responses will always be accurate or appropriate.
- Specific results or outcomes will be achieved.
You are responsible for reviewing your AI agent's responses and ensuring they meet your business requirements. Ruma AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform.
6. Payment & Billing
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) as selected at the time of purchase. Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us if you have concerns.
Free plan users may be subject to usage limits as described on our pricing page.
7. Termination
You may cancel your account at any time through your dashboard settings. Upon cancellation, your data will be retained for a reasonable period to allow for reactivation, after which it will be permanently deleted.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, or pose a risk to the platform or other users. We will provide notice when possible.
8. Changes to These Terms
